Joe DiSalvo serves as President of Ingerman Construction Management, where he is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the construction company. With more than 15 years at Ingerman and over twenty-five years in the construction industry, Joe ensures that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and performance.
Over the course of his career, Joe has been directly involved in the construction of approximately 80 multifamily projects representing nearly $925 million in construction value. His experience spans a wide range of residential product types, including duplexes, townhomes, condominiums, and mid-rise apartment buildings. Mid-rise multifamily construction has been a particular area of focus at Ingerman, where Joe has successfully completed 16 mid-rise developments across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. His broader experience includes projects completed across 12 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with both Ingerman and The Michaels Organization.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with concentrations in Advertising and Marketing. His background supports a collaborative leadership style that values clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong partnerships with owners, design teams, and trade partners.
Joe is passionate about Ingerman’s mission of providing clean, safe, and affordable housing for families, seniors, and veterans throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He takes particular pride in attending project grand openings alongside his teams, celebrating successful project delivery, and welcoming residents into their new homes.
