Tom Ondo is an experienced Project Manager with over 8 years in the Construction industry, playing a key role in the successful turnover of more than 80 buildings and 1,000+ units. Tom is a graduate of Rowan Universities College of Engineering where he earned a degree in construction management. He began his career as an intern at Ingerman, gaining experience in estimating and administrative operations before advancing into a Project Manager Role. Tom has managed a diverse portfolio of projects including market rate, affordable housing , renovation and relocation projects, and third party construction work.
